I accidentally ventured onto a naturist beach at Cap D'Agde in Southern France. I suddenly realised that the people around me had no clothes on and could feel my colours rising....but..I took off my shorts and placed my towel on the sand and lay down. After five minutes of embarrasment, I realised that no-one was actually staring at me or even taking notice of me and I enjoyed the liberation of sunbathing in the buff. I would do it again without reservation.
I also think that without clothing..whatever shape or however well off people are....you don't really notice.
