You don't happen to have 'Photoshop' or the full Adobe Acrobat application installed, Rob?

Either of these programmes can edit PDF files, and Acrobat supply a plugin to MS Office for conversion to and from .doc files.

Does ABC Navigator give you any other options about saving the file i other formats?
I'm not familiar with the app.
