Rap... there is also a tendency to flinch when the air is pumped in as well as during the insertionsssssss. Drugs lessen or eliminate flinching and the corresponding chance of the scope roughing up or puncturing the colon wall. I understand that punctures are about one per thousand scopes... anybody have the correct number?
