I agree with Lowden Jameswright. Sharon Fountain is one of the North's best-kept secrets. Judging by the dim view many folkies take of success, I reckon she's best kept that way. We've got her and we love her. 'Nuff said.

George, sorry to be a 'vulture', but it really does hack me off when people suggest that men's brains are in their kecks, and they only 'like' female singers because they're fantasising about getting them in the sack! :-)   
If your pal makes that kind of broad-brush, unjustified and unjustifiable comment, then those it's aimed at are surely allowed to respond.
