Captain, I understand (better than most) what differences in culture mean during times of war. I carry scars from those differences. As hard as it is for some to understand, I get what drives someone to commit suicide for a cause. What I don't get is sending someone incapable of understanding what they are doing to be used as a human bomb. This smacks of the "relative value of human life" type of horseshit that leads to the greatest atrocities.
