Subject: free CD/DVD loan at ER libraries
Sorry that this is a bit parochial for most of you but those living in the East Riding of Yorkshire may like to know that the library loan service for CDs/DVDs is now free. Previously it cost 75p for a three week loan but from Feb 1st 2008 there is a six month trial of free loan.
The on-line catalogue can be browsed here: There is plenty of folky stuff - Beverley library for instance has a nice boxed set of the Watersons.
