I had the same CD's and they worked fine on computer and Mac laptop. Could you describe a little more about what is happening? I.E. what are you trying to play them on? Do they load and you can/cannot see the menus, you can see the menus but the programs wont play.... other ? Also have you tried a computer? If not a PC then can you get access to a Mac?

PS: The package contains DVD's not CD's as you noted above. Are you using the right type of player?
