I have a Zoom H4 .My first problem was that it was incompatible with my computer,but once that problem was solved I find the sound reproduction is unbelievable.I recorded as my first try out the general noise about the house .My Grandchildren were running around,people talking etc.When I played it back I thought the children were playing the same game,I took my headphones off to check which sound was the correct one.
I have not mastered the multi track options,or in fact many of the options, but it reproduced the music session perfectly.H2 would appear to be cheaper and easier for just normal recording.
