That is very interesting, Alan. I too have had trouble getting files from the H4 saved into the computer program I use (Audio Cleaning Lab). I found that I have to leave the recorder connected to the PC all the time whilst I'm editing and burning to CD, and the latter procedure is very awkward and takes an age (slower than real time on occasion!) I thought the unit was faulty to start with. Even now I feel I've worked around the problem rather than solved it properly.
