'Most' of the 7-8 incandescent bulbs I have left are there only because they are in places where I have or prefer dimmers...and a couple of those will soon be changed. I need standard fluorescents in my shop, and a couple of places are just not worth the trouble to remove dimmers, but I'll soon be maybe 75% CFs.
I'm sure they'll save time, energy and $$$ over time, but I wish the industry would just publish the data sheets on on/off time and expected life under various conditions.
