gnu, I've never had any problem with car insurance, driver's license etc. from a sleep apnea diagnosis. If treated there is usually no narcolepsy.

Wesley, could it be petit mal seizures? Just another thought.

Also, has anyone spoken to the person, expressed any concern/support?
