Oh my god it's Jacqui with a false moustache!

It was cold last Sunday, too cold to be running around in underwear.

This is one of the reasons I live in Maine - that sort of thing is so common in NYC, no one even calls the police when it happens. Here it makes the front page of the papers. I remember a very cold snowy night in NY when I walked to my car and a guy backed up the one way street, jumped out, opened his coat exposing a hairy naked body and did a little dance. I turned and went back up the street laughing.
