The music is attributed to Nira Chen. There is a dance that goes with it. The lyrics are taken from The Song of Songs.

I know of two other musical settings of Dodi Li, using different bits and pieces of the lyrics. One of them was recorded by Peter, Paul and Mary, I think in the 1990s.
