GGs political views seem to me to be like many folks religious views. They get locked into a basic set of assumptions (whether proven or not!), and thereafter analyze every situation in those terms.

I tried to point out above the many variables that determine how a member of Congress 'votes', and why a voting record is NOT always a clear indicator of basic beliefs and opinions....but some folks NEED a simplistic way to describe anyone they disagree with.

When WILL they learn what Occam's Razor really means?
