David Wilkinson - The Crown was the first folk club I ever went to, c '65, to see Derek Hall, one of the best guitarists-that-no-one's-
ever-heard-of; he was up there with Graham, Jansch & Renbourn, IMO. but apart from a couple of things with Mike Cooper, I don't beleve he ever recorded, wonder whatever happened to him? - after the Crown, the Shades in Gun St became THE folk hangout, remember seeing Cliff Aungier there..
