As Mary and I have pointed out, garnisheeing wages of those who don't want to participate is a recipe for disaster--and a good way to ensure that no program gets passed at all.
You would think Hillary would have learned something from her last attempt on this issue in the 1990's--but for all her "experience", she seems to have learned very little.
Obama has far better instincts for knowing how to approach the problem--such that you actually get some progress. As he says, insurance companies will have a seat at the table--they just won't be able to buy all the seats.
Hillary's confrontational attitude--on this and other issues-- is just what we don't need.
