Yeah, actually they do make a thing that you can hang upsidedown from by your feet. You get into the thing, place your feet in the holders, then shift your weight back a bit and it rotates you upsidedown, and you hang there for a bit. It is good for stretching the back out. I had one of those things for a few years and eventually sold it to someone else because I had no particular handy place to put it at the time. It was kind of bulky.
Sort of like one of those forlorn exercise bikes you see standing in someone's basement collecting dust.
I am sometimes sorry I did sell it, because it really did work quite well for easing out the back.
