Thread Name: Question: LPs you wish were CDs
Subject: RE: LPs you wish were CDs
I have no idea why this thread was closed.
Diane Easbe sent me a PM with thi information:
In reply to your post about Walter Pardon's availability, I was about to post this:

There are two Walter Pardon recordings incarcerated in the Leader archive:

Proper Sort (1975)
Poacher's Fate; Let The Wind Blow High Or Low; Old Brown's Daughter; Rambling Blade;
Van Diemen's Land; Dark Eyed Sailor; Trees They Do Grow High; Ship To England Came;
Miller And His Sons; British Man-Of-War; Jack Tar Ashore

Our Side of the Baulk (1977)
Pretty Ploughboy; Up To The Rigs; I'll Beat The Drum Again; Down By The Dark Arches;
Grace Darling; Generals All; I'll Hang My Harp On A Willow Tree; Wreck Of The Ramillies;
Jones' Ale; Old Miser; Balaclava.

Some, but by no means all of these, are on the Topic and MT CDs I mentioned above. Thanx for the additional information--I stand corrected.
