I blame it on all those people who keep wishing for spring. They get spring weather and then complain about the mess, so Mother Nature changes it back to winter. It's February. Just let it snow, let it snow, miserable darn snow... yeah, I'm guilty too, afetr about seven "springs" so far... sigh.
