We tried it half and half with mashed potato and it makes a very superior flavoured mash. Excellent stuff.

Indeed that makes a really good mash potato mix.

I have also eaten it as a neat 100% mash all on its own. Just make sure you get rid of all the outside skin and then cube it up, boil thoroughly and then mash as you would spuds.
