Since their first appearance in 1993, Coope, Boyes and Simpson's powerful and distinctive harmonies and songwriting have taken English folk into radical new directions – their first album, Funny Old World, was rock magazine Q's Roots Album of the Year.Subsequent solo and joint releases have led to awards and outstanding reviews – the BBC Folk Website simply listed all their albums as recommended listening.

The trio has been one of Electric Voices consistently most popular bookings over the years, and this time, as well as giving a concert at 7.30pm, Barry, Jim and Lester will be running workshops in arrangement and harmony singing from 10.00am until 4.00 pm.

A whole day of Coope Boyes and Simpson is many people's idea of dying and going to heaven. There are still a very limited number of tickets available for the workshop tomorrow morning, and a few for the concert in the evening.
