Dammit, Amos, you simply must stop all these San Diego references. Dredgin' up too many damn memories.........I fished a bunch of those reservoirs taking a large number of bass over 5 lbs, and a 12+ largemouth out of San Vicente. Are the ponds still in the river bed west of the stadium? I used to grab some nightcrawlers and walk through the tule's and catch all kinds of bass. I also used to go down there with liver tied to kite string, toss it in, wait a bit with dip net in hand, and pull out crawdads, nettin' them just before they broke water.......
