Starbucks is trying to gain back some lost business owing to high prices (they're restructuring the price stuff) and I think they have lost control of their quality control, hence the training.

I personally could give a shit less but like Shane I will kill to save Tim Horton's. Karen and I are both hooked on Tim's coffee (the local drivethrough calls us by name) and the dog is nuts for Apple Fritters. Most of their menu of food type items is half assed okay but the friggin' coffee is GREAT!!!!
