Anybody got any favourites among music from Kosovo?

I've been trying to remember a dance tune from Kosovo/Metohija I have on an old Yugoslav compilation LP which I can't find. It's called "Anterija". There's a YouTube video of it, played by what seems to be a high school band at an outdoor festival, but there's so much commentary and crowd noise you can hardly hear the music. Anyone know where I can find better sound or a score on the web?
