That should be something in your word processing program. I don't know which one you use, but if it's Microsoft Word, highlight the text whose case you want to change, click on "Format" on the toolbar. On the pull-down menu, click on "Change case. . ." and chose the option you want. Bingo! Done! Or even simpler: highlight the text and press "Shift-F3."
On WordPerfect, highlight the text, click on "Edit," then "Convert case." Not quite as many options, but it'll do the job.
