When pledge break comes around at my local public radio and television stations, oftentimes part of the pitch is that they will suggest a membership donation, then say, "That's less than the price of one latté a week."

After guzzling a couple of supertanker-loads of coffee over the years, it started getting to my stomach a bit. I still drink coffee from time to time, but my current preference is tea.
