I drink about 2.5 cups of black coffee per work day. Rarely make it at home, even from instant. At home I usually drink tea or hot chocolate (or diet Pepsi).

I've never heard of a link between coffee and diabetes, although I suspect that if you drink too much of it or use additives you could have a problem.
