If her singing was naive, well it was a naive era, and we were hardly world-savvy ourselves. I smooched to her voice, I sang along. She was one of the many excellent French singers of my teenage years, and one of the better looking ones. I certainly had a crush on her - till Mireille Mathieu stole me from her. Great looking then, great looking now, I agree with Bonnie. I wonder if she has forgiven me for dumping her for Mireille...
