I'd recognise that chord from quite a lot of tunes usually sandwiched between 335543 and 335343 - an example would be Something by George Harrison under the vocal "I don't want to leave her now" - though not necessarily with the 5th as the root of the chord (more like x35543 - x35443 - x35343)
