Dear friends all, thank you so much for saluting the end of my seventh age. I, like you, dear Wilfried, appear to be officially old, but unlike you, I am un-retired and as a few have hinted, am working harder than ever. In fact I am now a millionaire, but sadly a debt one, and as commodities are going insane on a global basis and businesses are starting to go to the wall, it is as cold as hell out there.

My good mate Bente alerted me to this lovely thread, and she usually has tabs on which part of the globe I'm making untidy, so if anyone needs to get in touch, she's a fairly good bet.

I am enjoying cramming a week into every day, but this is a sprint, and I have firm plans to slow down in a couple of years, so in the words of the Governor of California, 'I'll be back'!
