Bill will have to be exiled to a foreign country with a mission, to keep him away from the Situation Room. No one gives a shit about the interns except holy rollers and late night comics.

And if Bill were sent into exile, what would his gig be? Would he be given cabinet level status? Or a Rovian sort of title?
