Seriously though.. tune to her and chuck out your electronic tuner; they're too accurate. It sounds like you have a conflict between tempered and untempered tuning, though that is a gross over-simplification.

Ears are infinitely better than electronic/mathematical perfection - if you don't have a good ear, borrow one.
