Below is the Bone Marrow Campaign from Myspace.

It was started by David Gate, step-father to young Yvette, in desperation to find a donor for his much-loved daughter.

David works tirelessly on behalf of Yvette (and others) and so often I see his Myspace light on, burning like a beacon, as he searches, makes new contacts, always hoping that 'tonight will be the night' that he may stumble across that one person he needs so badly, for his dear step-daughter. He's *determined* to find the person who can save her life.

There is an award-winning video on the page too, which they have made, telling Yvette's story, called 'Waiting For The One' So, if YOU have a Myspace page, please consider putting the video on there, together with David's page, for you never know who may click on your page and see that video, and it takes just ONE person to save the life of another. Time is fast running out for Yvette, (and others) but I pray that David *will* get there for her.

And if you are, like me, now 'too old' to be tested for Bone Marrow donation, then don't forget that being an 'ordinary' blood donor is still permissable and you are needed just as much, for other reasons. If you've not given blood before, it's painless and quick. I strongly recommend it, and they are always *desperate* for donors.
