Not only are organs up for grabs, but Grab's up for organs. Specifically, breaking for parts when I cease to be a viable proposition, pumping out the odd pouch of blood, and any bone marrow they want. I did have a potential match once on the first round of matching for bone marrow, not long after I'd first signed up, but the follow-up test said no.

Note that in the UK there are two organisations you can sign up with for bone marrow - one is the National Blood Service (run by the NHS) and the other is the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust.
