Here in the West of Ireland, it's been pretty wild alright. About 4 a.m. on Monday morning, we were woken by a tremendous crash. I ended up wandering around the house inside and out looking for damage. Couldn't find anything anywhaere! On my way back to bed, I headed into the en-suite bathroom for a leak. There, on the floor of the shower cubicle, sat the remains of a suction-pad shelf unit which had fallen about 5 feet, complete with an array of shampoo bottles etc! Mystery solved! Nothing to do with the wind.
