I read this story too. Apparently there was a certain amount of mental ability lacking in both folks. She didn't get off the toilet because she didn't want to.

Apart from the questions mentioned above, did she ever flush the toilet? That would have washed part of her. Or did she have 2 years worth of accumulated.......stuff.....floating around underneath?

And if, as the story has it, they were boyfriend and girlfriend, what about nooky? Usually that takes place in a relationship?
