The important things is to stay focused on what can be achieved. There are many ways to work on this problem but the most important thing is a willingness to work, and to understand that members of your singing group come in with a difference life experience with regard to music.

I have members of my group who can explain in words what I should do; I find it more helpful when they demonstrate what I should do. And sometimes I simply explain to them what they should do. But at times I'm frankly puzzled.
