You saying that there are terrorist groups capable of launching ballistic nuclear tipped missiles against Europe? And that we should be spending tax money to defend against this possibility?

Such people only exist in James Bond movies. Surely if you believe in such villains you know that they can be easily thwarted by a good looking ladies man in the ten minutes they take to explain their plots to him before they launch the missiles.
