As all of you may well know, Graffiti Classics perform in Covent Garden market for over 10 years now.
This however, may not be the case for much longer.
A large corporate company,(Capco) who\'s property portfolio includes such cultured(sic) sites such as Lakeside (Thurrock), have acquired the market and decided to cut the performances within the market by 50%.
In effect, this would mean that the performers would no longer to be able to sustain a viable existence within Covent Garden.
Once the performers are gone, what then?
Well, my belief is that a part of London that is famous for it\'s entertainments and experiences, all over the world, will be turned into another run of the mill shopping mall... That is what Capco are renowned for doing and I fear that is what they are succeeding in doing here. Please help by signing the petition found at the link below!!
