Just had my computer updated and Firefox, which I used previously is not now on it. I know I can easily resurrect it but, do I need to do so? I changed to Firefox about 3 years ago, acting on advice that I'd read on Mudcat, saying that Firefox was 'safer' than Internet Explorer. Is this still the case and should I go back to Firefox again, or leave things as they are now? Advice (not too technical) would be appreciated.
Maybe I should mention that my computer guy who does these things for me has also installed Panda Antivirus and firewall. Any good?
