Just to recopy a part of what I wrote in the Mudcat Classic Threads thread: While the Permathread is a nice idea, I think that we should have only one of them. I am glad to hear that Max only wants to have 3 or so, but I would keep it to 1. The top of the posting space for threads is very valuable real estate -- I would be very reluctant to add any more -- I don't want to have to look at them every time I check in -- having the FAQ is good, but no more. I think the FAQ should be restructured so it is short and has all the possible additional threads clickable from it. One is enough. (just my opinion: I don't like stifling initiative! I like the teal colour by the way!!!!!!)
