On pages like that, all you need to do is click and drag, as if selecting the text to copy. When an area is selected, the forecolor usually reverses, and the background color goes to a default, so the contrast is usually good.

But if they have no talent for web design they almost certainly have no musical talent of interest .... so why bother.
