Well Alison, if other newbies are anything like me, if it isn't pasted on my forehead I don't see it.
I kind of like the Permathread right at the top, it makes it very noticable to anyone who is new.
Catters who know there way around the Mudcat will get use to looking down a bit on the Forum, kind of like wearing a pair of bifocals.
