Well harp beat me to the punch.....You ain't a newbie Bonnie. And JAB, the other two threads that Max is considering may be different, but Joe's FAQ should be laid out as a basic info thing with "the basics" first. What's the point of a Newcomers Thread if the basic info is at the end?

A list of "Classic Threads" as a link in the FAQ is OK, but let's not get too far gone on what's classic. An explannation of the Super Search with suggestions on researching old threads may be more fun for someone new and they might get the hang of things a bit faster.

And while I'm complaining.....The only thing that I would really like is a change in color. I think it needs to stand out a little more. If it was bright red/blue/whatever, it would also help in Peter and alison's complaint about having it at the top. A heavy primary color would delineate it more and make it easier to find also.
