We're still on daylight saving time here in NZ - it finishes next weekend. This year it was extended so people could enjoy the longer evenings and enjoy outdoor activities longer. But the down side is getting up in the dark in the mornings.
The farmers here used to complain too - the poor cows were being expected to wake up an hour earlier and produce milk an hour before they were ready.
Next Sunday morning we can sleep in an extra hour and hopefully the sun will be up before us.
The cows are going to be confused tho' - and full of milk!
