Praise--

The University of South Dakota, where I work, has a medical school. Not a world-class one with a world-class library, but they could easily have some of the relevant journals, and that's all it takes. There are enough of us here with access to med libraries, I suspect, that we can split up the research into much more manageable chunks between us.
