great! i was born in 1953, but missed those dances, as i was in Nebraska. many of my relatives lived in a town there called Copenhagen.
I am glad that you found this thread, and I hope your dad has a good visit there. I have a 90+ year old great aunt in Denmark, and her son,
and grandsons, too. I hope he can tell them "HEJ" from me...!
