Unless it's been removed in renovations, the White House has a bowling alley. Whoever occupies it should have easy access to a place to practice, and could easily appoint a handy ten-year old kid to coach. Obama might easily get into the 50s or even 90s by the end of his first term, and then would have irrefutable evidence of having made some actual progress at s_omething.
