My neighbours at the National Folk Festival has 2 small children, approx. 2 & 4 years old. The older one came out with the following one afternoon, causing his dad to ask him what he meant by -

Oh my lord, oh my licenced finger.

but he didn't answer!

anyone here have any ideas?
