Actually, fat B****d, that "Pipeline" gal has lots of sisters. The first time I heard that joke it was about "Alberta Pipeline"   - I lived in Canada at the time.   I've also heard it about "Sahara Pipeline" (that one really makes sense), "Virginia Pipeline," etc.
